How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    A well-established international consultancy based in London is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support their growing residential team. This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to deliver a range of residential schemes, including high-end developments, build-to-rent, and large-scale regeneration projects across London.

    The Project Manager will join a high-performing team with an excellent reputation in the residential sector. The Project Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders while taking ownership of projects and client relationships.

    You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

    The Project Manager's role

    The Project Manager will be responsible for managing residential projects from feasibility through to completion. The Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project programmes, and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations.

    The Project Manager will also oversee procurement processes, manage risk, and maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

    The Project Manager will ideally have:

    Experience as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy, ideally on residential projects
    Degree in construction, project management or a related discipline
    Working towards MRICS, MAPM or equivalent
    Strong organisational and client-facing skills
    Experience delivering residential schemes (e.g. build-to-rent, private residential, or mixed-use)
