Description

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions effectively.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Maintain and update financial data in accounting software.
Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to ensure compliance with regulations.
Support audit preparations and liaise with external auditors as needed.Profile

A successful Assistant Accountant should have:

A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
Knowledge of financial reporting standards within the property industry is desirable.Job Offer
