My client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm that provides expert legal services across a range of practice areas. They are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their supportive and collaborative team. In this role, you will manage a caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of service to clients throughout the process.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience handling a range of residential conveyancing matters
A proactive and professional approach to client service
The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
Requirements:

Previous experience working within a Residential Conveyancing department
Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation
Excellent communication and client care skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
