You'll be working closely with the class teacher and a highly experienced TA, providing essential classroom support from day one. Key Responsibilities
Provide full-time support within a Reception classroom
Assist the teacher in delivering creative and engaging lessons
Work with individuals and small groups, including pupils with additional needs
Contribute to a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom setting
Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
Take an active role in the wider school community
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a childcare setting
Background in Nursery or Early Years education is highly desirable
A proactive and adaptable approach to classroom support
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
A genuine interest in supporting young children's development
