We’re working with a leading UK manufacturer, known for delivering high-quality, bespoke vehicles at scale. With a strong reputation for craftsmanship and innovation, they are continuing to grow and are now looking to expand their production team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, hands-on environment where you’ll play a key role in building vehicles designed for travel, freedom, and adventure.
The Roles Available
We are recruiting for multiple positions within the production team:
Fitters
* Install interior units and furniture
* Carry out electrical work
* Assist with gas system installations
Roofers
* Cut and prepare van shells
* Install windows, lighting, and pop-top roofs
* Fit carpet lining and flooring
Conversion Preppers
* Prepare and assemble furniture units
* Support pre-installation work for electrics and gas
What We’re Looking For
* A practical, hands-on approach
* Basic DIY or technical skills (beneficial but not essential)
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Full training is provided, so this role is ideal for someone looking to retrain or step into a skilled trade.
