As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be overseeing 3 - 4 residential schemes with valuations of £130 million, £20 million, £25 million, and £30 million. Key Responsibilities of Managing Quantity Surveyor:
Include but not limited to;
Attend regular team meetings
Provide advice to the team on resolving contractual disputes and legal matters in a timely manner
Ensure high standards of cash flow forecasting
Review project cash flows with team and present to Commercial Director
Maintain positive and successful client relationships
Managing full upstream process
Provide assistance and support on all commercial issue
