* Days Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm / Friday lunchtime finish Circa £40,000 PA

* OR Nights Monday -Thursday 6pm-6am £50,000-£60,000 PA

We’re currently seeking experienced CNC Milling Setter Operators OR CNC Miller Programmer/ Setters on the outskirts of Nuneaton (programming experience is advantageous but not essential). Working on the production of one-off and low-volume prototype components. This is a hands-on, rewarding role for someone who enjoys variety, precision work, and the challenge of machining bespoke parts where no two jobs are the same. CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator Key Responsibilities

* Setting and operating CNC 3 and 4 axis Machines

* Work from engineering drawings and specifications to deliver accurate, high-quality results

* Programming experience is advantageous

* Generate CNC programs either offline using CAD/CAM software or directly at the machine using Fanuc, Siemens, or Hurco controls

* Set up machines, load materials, and run test pieces to verify accuracy before full production

* Monitor machining operations and make real-time adjustments as needed

* Inspect finished components to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality standards

* Perform daily maintenance and general upkeep of machinery

CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator What We’re Looking For:

* CNC Milling and setting/ operating experience

* Programming knowledge is advantageous

* Confident working from detailed technical drawings and using precision measuring tools

* A methodical and detail-focused approach to producing high-spec, low-volume parts

* Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

* Overtime paid @ x1.5

* Nights Monday-Thursday 8pm-6am (some flexibility around start and finish times)
