Key Responsibilities
* Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees supporting with employee relation issues.
* Delivering operational HR support across the employee lifecycle
* Assisting with employee relations cases and performance management processes
* Maintaining the HRIS system to ensure accurate and up to date
* Producing HR reports and developing internal processes
* Supporting with recruitment from start to finish
* Coordinating and managing the induction processes, ensuring all documentation is completed
* Ensuring all employment contracts, records, RTW checks and references are completed
* Supporting rewards and benefits administration as well as engagement
* Managing exit interviews and feedback
* Assisting with preparing for payroll
* Supporting KPIs, including salary reviews, appraisals and bonuses
* Managing the HR inbox
Key Skills
* Studying CIPD Level 3 or completed
* Previous HR experience within similar role
* Employee relations exposure
* Strong communication and organisational skills
