This role is predominantly site‑based, giving you the chance to work hands‑on across a wide range of roofing and building envelope projects while being supported by an experienced, down‑to‑earth team.
The Role
As a Roofing Surveyor, you’ll play a key part in assessing, planning and supporting the delivery of roofing projects. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
• Carrying out detailed roof surveys, inspections and condition reports
• Measuring, recording and assessing existing roof structures and materials
• Preparing survey documentation, photographs and technical notes
• Supporting estimating teams with accurate site information
• Liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams
• Ensuring health & safety standards are followed on site
• Identifying risks, defects and opportunities for improvement
• Assisting with pre‑construction and commercial tasks where required
You’ll be working closely with experienced professionals who will help you develop your technical knowledge, confidence and long‑term career path within the roofing and building envelope sector.
