Regular duties will include
Accurate setting out of the works under high pressure situations
Interpreting the drawings and ensuring construction is to the specifications.
Ensuring Quality as well as H&S standards are achieved.
Management of subcontractors
Produce records, as-builts and maintain a daily dairy.
Ensure WPP and TBs are adhered to.
Requirements:
HND or Degree in Civil Engineering
Solid experience gained working for a tier one or principal contractor on rail projects
Competent in setting out and producing as-builts.
Proven experience in a similar post
Valid PTS is preferred.
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, TW, AP are all advantageous.
