Supporting Children and Young People with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Complex Needs
Are you a caring, patient, and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people?
We're seeking compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our partner schools in the Gainsborough area, providing essential classroom and one-to-one support to students with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Complex Needs.
In this rewarding role, you'll help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can develop their confidence, communication, and independence. Working closely with teachers and other professionals, you'll provide tailored support to meet each student's individual needs - both academically and emotionally.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience supporting children or young people with SEND, particularly Autism or Learning Disabilities.
Be patient, understanding, and nurturing, with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships.
Be adaptable and proactive, able to work collaboratively with staff to deliver engaging learning experiences.
Show a genuine commitment to helping every child reach their full potential.
