Are you from any Technical Sales, Estimating, Technical, Manufacturing or similar background where you will be trained into this highly technical electronics manufacturer, with the view to progress into management as the current manager slowly retires over the next two years?

This is a rare opportunity to progress your career into management, whilst learning a bespoke range of products where you will play a vital role in the next phase of growth whilst working on technically interesting quotations alongside building relationships with customers and key stake holders.

This company, have close to 100 employee's and are renowned for their highly specialised electronic products, due to upcoming retirement in 2028 of their internal sales estimating manager, they are looking to recruit now to upskill.

This role will suit someone from any Technical Sales, Estimating, Technical, Manufacturing or similar background where you will be trained into this highly technical electronics manufacturer, with the view to progress into management as the current manager slowly retires over the next two years.

The Role:
*Working as part of a team of three, alongside the current manager who retires in two years
*Providing technical quotations and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
*Career Progression into Leadership
