We are currently looking for people who have previously worked as Mechanical Fitters, Mechanical Technicians, Engineering Fitters or Mechanical Engineers to join a well-established engineering company. Our client has over 20 year's experience producing premium, durable products that help customers work smarter, safer, and more efficiently.

The Role

To carry out heavy mechanical fitting and mechanical assembly work.
Work from diagrams and technical specifications
Check quality at every stage, raising any issues before products move forward
Complete all relevant paperwork & inspection records
Keep your work area safe, tidy, and compliant with Health & Safety standards Experience and Skills

Have previously worked within a mechanical engineering or mechanical fitting role.
Be able to read technical diagrams and blueprints
Be able to assemble frames, gears, bearings, brackets, and sub‑assemblies
Use hand tools and power tools (wrenches, drills, torque tools, etc.)
Align, fit, and secure parts using bolts, screws, rivets, or adhesives
