What we're looking for:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years, or Qualified Teacher Status
Experience supporting children aged 0-5 in a nursery or early years setting
A warm, patient approach with a genuine passion for early development
Reliability, flexibility and strong communication skills
