Create and cost menus that suit members, events, and functions
Manage stock control, suppliers, and GP targets
Oversee food preparation across bar, events, and functions
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance
Drive consistency and quality across all food offeringsWhat we're looking for
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in menu development and cost control
Solid understanding of Food Safety, HACCP, and Health & Safety
