Maintenance Operative

Approach Personnel are working in partnership with a prestigious, 5 star developer to find an experienced, passionate, personable and driven Maintenance Operative to join them to continued growth and development.

The role will involve visiting customers’ homes on new and existing developments to implement all remedial works.
The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in the following;

·Joinery

·Patch plastering

·Hanging and re-fitting doors

·Tiling

·Painting & decorating

No electrical or plumbing experience is required, as this will be done by an external contractor.

To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

Driven, high level of attention to detail, a high quality of work, professional and personable.

You will have a clean driving license.

You will have knowledge of reporting and assessing defects in homes.

You will be willing to get on and work in a busy environment.
