Role: SEN HUB Teaching Assistant
Location: WS3, Bloxwich
Start Date: Immediate or following notice
Contract: Full‑time, ongoing
Agency: Smile EducationAbout the Role As the school’s SEN hub TA, you will:
Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs
Assist with personalised learning plans and one‑to‑one or small‑group support
Help create a calm, nurturing and structured learning space
Work closely with the SENCO, teachers and wider inclusion team
Support pupils’ social, emotional and communication development
Use strategies to promote independence and positive behavioursThis role would suit someone who is compassionate, adaptable and confident working within a specialist provision.
