These positions offer an excellent opportunity for passionate educators to take on a leadership role and drive academic excellence within their specialist subject area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide effective leadership and management of the subject department, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and achievement.
* Support and develop teaching staff to deliver outstanding lessons that engage and inspire students.
* Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and the implementation of departmental improvement strategies.
* Monitor pupil progress and use data to inform decision-making and raise attainment.
* Collaborate with senior leadership and contribute to the wider strategic development of the school.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with secondary teaching experience in one of the specified subjects.
* Demonstrable success in improving student outcomes and leading teams effectively.
* Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining high educational standards.
