The Role
As the Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll: Respond to electrical breakdowns, carrying out repairs on lighting and circuits.
Perform routine mechanical and fabric maintenance across the estate as needed.
Collaborate with the estates management team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage planned preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate records.
Assist in maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring all services are operational.
You
To be successful in the role of Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll bring: Relevant qualifications including 18th edition and City & Guilds certifications.
Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
A flexible approach, with the ability to handle diverse maintenance tasks.
Strong focus on safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team and stakeholders.
