The Role Working directly alongside the Site Supervisor, you will act as the technical lead on the ground. This position is designed for an experienced professional—ideally an ex-tradesperson—who is ready to transition off the tools into a diagnostic and coordination role. You will visit properties independently to investigate tenant complaints, diagnose technical faults accurately, and ensure repair works are scheduled correctly.
Key Responsibilities:

Attending properties solo to assess maintenance complaints such as joinery, plumbing, or damp issues.

Accurately identifying the root cause of faults and determining the exact scope of work required.

Making formal arrangements for repairs and scheduling internal trades or subcontractors.
*
Managing tenant expectations through professional face-to-face and telephone communication.
*
Providing detailed technical feedback, site photos, and repair logs to the Supervisory team.
Candidate Requirements:

A solid history in property maintenance or a specific trade (e.g., Joinery, Plumbing, or Multi-trade).
*
Technical authority to diagnose property issues accurately and prevent wasted call-outs.
*
Excellent telephone manner and a professional approach to tenant interaction.
*
Full UK Driving License is essential for traveling between properties independently.
*
Valid UTR number for CIS payment.
