Our client is seeking 4 Assemblers to join their production team. This is a full-time role offering a pay rate of £13.94 per hour, with overtime rates available.
3 month rolling contract - temp to perm opportunity
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm.
Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm.
(Late shift - 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.)
The Role
You will be responsible for assembling components and products in line with blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the production process.
Key Duties
Assemble components and finished products using hand tools and machinery.
Read and follow technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
Report defects, faults, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures.
Keep tools and work areas clean, organised, and ready for use.
What We're Looking For
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is desirable.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or manuals.
Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
A reliable, team-focused approach.
Willingness to work to quality and safety standards at all times.
