About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Gas Engineer to join a well-established property services contractor delivering maintenance and repairs within social housing across the Leeds area. Key Responsibilities

Carrying out gas servicing, maintenance, and repairs within occupied and void social housing properties
Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently and safely
Ensuring all work is completed in line with current gas safety regulations and company standards
Completing relevant paperwork and job reports accurately
Providing excellent customer service to tenants and residentsRequirements

Valid Gas qualifications
Previous experience working within social housing or property services maintenance
Full UK driving licence
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectivelyWhat's on Offer
