The successful Behaviour Mentor will play a key role in supporting pupils who need additional guidance, helping them to stay engaged in learning and develop positive behaviours across the school day.

Key responsibilities:
Deliver targeted interventions as a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with behavioural needs
Apply effective behaviour management strategies and individual support plans
Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to ensure consistent support
