Job Description

Supporting the Project Surveyor as a Quantity Surveyor across planned maintenance works in the Midlands region

Managing applications for payment and assisting with commercial reporting on social housing projects in Wolverhampton, Stoke and surrounding areas

Pricing and agreeing variations with subcontractors and liaising with the client to secure approvals

Supporting cost control and budget management across kitchen, bathroom, roofing and retrofit programmes

Working closely with the site and delivery teams as a Quantity Surveyor to ensure projects are delivered efficiently across the Midlands portfolio

Skills / Qualifications

Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor within social housing, refurbishment or planned maintenance in the Midlands

Strong knowledge of applications, valuations and variations as a Quantity Surveyor within a live project environment

Background working with contractors or main contractors in the Midlands region

Commercially aware Quantity Surveyor with the ability to manage multiple work streams across high-volume projects

Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (preferred)
