Key Responsibilities

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates

* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to placement

* Conducting candidate interviews and assessing suitability for roles

* Developing a strong understanding of the finance and accounting market

* Writing job adverts and marketing roles effectively

* Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels

About You

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly

* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

* Motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment

* A genuine interest in recruitment and the finance sector

* Background in finance or accounting (desirable but not essential)

* A proactive and professional approach to work
