09:00-17:30, Monday to Friday (with ad-hoc home working)
Key Responsibilities:
As Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in overseeing financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making:

Take ownership of financial processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Produce monthly financial statements and management reports
Manage cashflow and working capital, including forecasting
Oversee transactional finance including payroll, VAT, and billing
Reconcile balance sheets with full supporting schedules
Prepare KPI reporting and variance analysis for senior stakeholders
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
Lead the annual audit process and maintain strong financial controls
Assist with system improvements including finance software transitions

What we're looking for:
To be successful as a Management Accountant, you'll bring the following:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) or QBE considered
Proven experience in a similar Accountant role with strong technical knowledge
Solid understanding of UK GAAP and financial reporting
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Advanced Excel and good systems knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics desirable)
High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Confident communicator who can work across all levels of the business
Experience within hospitality or related sectors would be advantageous
