Job Overview
We are currently recruiting a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to support one of our healthcare clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mental health nurse to work within a professional and supportive clinical environment, delivering high-quality care to patients with a range of mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, patient-centred mental health care
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans
* Support patients with acute and complex mental health needs
* Administer medication in line with NMC guidelines and local policies
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records
Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
* Minimum 6 months recent RMN experience in the UK
* Strong clinical knowledge in mental health settings
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* A compassionate, professional, and reliable approach
* PMVA/MAPA training is desirable
* Right to work in the UK
Desirable Experience
* Experience working in acute mental health wards, CAMHS or PICU.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and mental health legislation
* Experience managing patients with complex mental health presentations
