What You’ll Do:
Assist Customers: Offer helpful and friendly support to customers, answering questions and resolving any issues.
Generate Sales Leads: Identify opportunities to guide conversations towards potential sales, securing valuable leads for the business.
Provide Solutions: Help customers find the right products or services, making sure they leave the call with everything they need.
