School receptionist

We are working with a secondary school in Leeds who are looking for a temporary receptionist for holiday cover. Acting as the first point of contact for all student, parents and external partners, this busy front of house role requires the successful applicant to have an Enhanced DBS and previous school reception experience. Working 8-4.30 Monday-Friday, the role will involve;

Meet and greet
Answer and transfer calls
Manage all enquiries
Support with all ad hoc administration duties

Working in a school setting, the successful candidate must have an Enhanced DBS and be available from 24th April for this temporary role,

Be available immediately
Excellent front of house experience
Hold an Enhanced DBS
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in all MS Office packages
