About You
This is an excellent opportunity for:
* An ECT who would like to gain experience working in an SENProvision Unit whilst still maintaining their learning of mainstream teaching.
* Somebody who can develop excellent relationships with children, parents and staff
* A person who can motivate, challenge and inspire children
* A dedicated and caring practitioner with high expectations of achievement
* A creative individual who can foster a love of learning in their classroom
* A flexible, fun and energetic person to join our friendly team
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has successfully completed their ECT two-year induction programme
* Has experience of working with children with Autism and/or EHCPs is desirable
* Has good knowledge of the National Curriculum with a good understanding of Assessment for Learning practice
* Has the ability to establish good relationships within the team, with other colleagues and with pupils
* Has a positive approach to school self-evaluation and an insistence on high standards
* Demonstrates a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community.
* Shares our belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities

£32930.00 - £51047.00 per year
