An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a Lincolnshire-based residential groundworks contractor. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, the company is expanding its commercial team and is seeking a motivated QS to support delivery across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Maximise contract profitability across multiple projects
- Prepare and submit quotations for client variations
- Produce accurate monthly cost and value reports
- Maintain strong commercial controls throughout project lifecycles
- Identify and implement value engineering opportunities
- Carry out all standard commercial duties associated with the Quantity Surveyor role
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential groundworks
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in value engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
