What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years PQE in corporate law, with a focus on M&A (experience in private equity or equity capital markets is a plus).
- Strong academic credentials and a proven ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Experience gained at a well-regarded national, international, or regional firm; exposure to cross-border matters is desirable.
- A proactive mindset and the ambition to build lasting client relationships.
