The firm are looking to hire a Residential Property Lawyer with 1+ years PQE, either qualified Solicitor, Chartered legal Executive or a licenced Conveyancer.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
- Offer clear and timely legal advice on all conveyancing matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and associated legal documents.
- Control transactions from initial instruction to completion, ensuring deadlines are achieved and clients remain fully informed.
- Handling sales, purchases.
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Newbuilds
Requirements:
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with initiative.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with strong multitasking ability.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- A proactive team player capable of managing your own workload, adapting to changes, and prioritising effectively.
- Applicants must be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered legal Executive or a licenced Conveyancer.
