We’re partnering with a growing and ambitious business in Altrincham to recruit an experienced Sales Team Leader to support and drive a high-performing, call centre-based sales team.

The Role
As Sales Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of a busy call centre operation, ensuring targets are met while maintaining a positive and motivating team culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales advisors
- Driving sales performance against KPIs and revenue targets
- Monitoring call quality, conversion rates, and team productivity
- Supporting the implementation of effective sales strategies and process improvements
- Conducting regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and training sessions
- Creating a high-energy, positive, and accountable team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading or supervising a sales team within a call centre environment
- Strong track record of hitting targets and improving team performance
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and development
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and act on performance metrics
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
