Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Remedial Manager to support works across a police estate in Hampshire. This role will be based out of the main office in Southampton, with regular travel to sites across the county. The position will focus on managing a backlog of remedial works, with approximately 60% of the role dedicated to overseeing around 100 outstanding remedial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and assess incoming remedial tasks across the estate
Plan and coordinate works with in-house engineers and subcontractors
Prioritise and manage a backlog of remedial works to ensure timely completion
Ensure all works are carried out in line with compliance, health and safety, and client requirements
Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of works
Monitor progress and maintain accurate records and reporting
Attend sites across Hampshire as requiredRequirements:
Previous experience in a similar remedial or maintenance management role
Strong technical background in either mechanical or electrical disciplines
Relevant trade qualification (mechanical or electrical)
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and coordination skillsCompliance & Certifications:

Ability to pass Police Vetting
