You’ll work side-by-side with the GSM and take ownership of a team of 3, steering the ship towards F&I targets and conversely, into daily action.
Do this well, and there is a very high likelihood of seeing progression into a bigger role in the future.
What you’ll need
Ideally, you’ll be strong Sales Executive OR Transaction Manager (or above) that’s known for getting results.
Experience hitting and leading others towards targets in the Motor Trade
A driving license.
