Your duties and responsibilities will be
Manage a portfolio of projects, providing both pre- and post-contract commercial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Support cost estimation, prepare commercial reports, challenge and manage cost control, and lead contract administration activities.
Negotiate change events, manage project finances, and maintain vital contractual relationships.You will have the following qualifications & experience
Proven experience delivering pre- and post-contract commercial management on utilities or construction projects.
Extensive knowledge of NEC4 and/or JCT contract terms and application.
Expert in cost estimation, risk analysis, and commercial reporting.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to challenge stakeholders professionally.
Organised, detail-oriented, and computer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
