Senior Engineer

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Engineer to join our VolkerEnergy business to be based on our Margam Connection project.

The project is underway and includes horizontal directional drilling and considerable temporary works to facilitate this HV Cabling project.

As the Senior Engineer you will be responsible for all engineering duties and ensuring the engineers under their control complete theirs. You will also produce RAMS, temporary works briefs, ITP's, weekly progress and planning updates, NCR's, TQs and Early Warnings. The role will be based on-site and will report to a Site Agent.

About you

MEng/BEng/Foundation Degree/BTEC/Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience progressing through Site Engineer & Section Engineer roles or already working as a Senior Engineer
You will have experience in Civil Engineering
Experience on HV Cabling projects would be an advantage but not essential
You will have SMSTS, CSCS & TWS/TWC If your past experience doesn't match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply. You may be just the right candidate for us.
