A leading US law firm is seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join their Talent team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

* This role will support the lateral attorney recruitment process for London and Brussels, with occasional support for Paris, including managing applications, coordinating interviews, liaising with partners and recruitment agencies, and assisting with offers and compliance documentation.

* The coordinator will also support onboarding and inductions for new joiners, maintain recruitment records and reports, and provide occasional support to graduate recruitment activities.

* General administrative duties include managing internal systems, document filing, and team support.

* The ideal candidate will be degree-educated with prior recruitment experience in a law firm or professional services environment.

* Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with attention to detail and professionalism.

* Knowledge of legal qualification routes is advantageous.
