Soft Landscaper

Workshop Recruitment are looking for an experienced Soft Landscaper to work across our clients commercial sites and high-end domestic properties in the Petersfield area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent work paid travel and the chance to be part of a professional and growing team.

This role will involve travelling to various sites up to approximately one hour from Petersfield delivering high-quality soft landscaping works to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Turfing and lawn installation (laying, seeding, preparation)
Planting of shrubs, trees, hedges, and seasonal bedding
Soil preparation, cultivation, and ground improvement
Mulching, fertilising, and general plant care
Installation of topsoil and compost
Hedge planting and maintenance
Garden restoration and soft landscape refurbishment
Weed control and general site maintenance
Working from planting plans and drawings
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, particularly on high-end residential  projects
Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean working environment
Adhering to health and safety regulations on all sites

Requirements

Proven experience in soft landscaping
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good plant knowledge preferred
Full UK driving licence - Essential
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
