Salary: £38,000 plus bonus, OTE up to £60,000 (uncapped earnings)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm Saturdays on Rota 1 hour lunch

Complete vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to the highest standards
Diagnose faults and inspect key components with accuracy
Deliver clear and professional technical advice to customers when required
Provide outstanding service, building trust and repeat business
Work closely with the reception and workshop teams for smooth daily operations
Support and mentor other Vehicle Technicians, sharing knowledge and expertiseWhat we’re looking for

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Strong eye for detail with the ability to meet efficiency targets
Team-focused, with great communication skills
Valid UK driving licence
