Job title: Electrical Panel Builder

Hourly Rate: Up to £16.50 DOE
Contract: Temp - Perm after 12 weeks
Hours: Monday - Thursday
An opportunity has arisen for Electrical Panel Builder for our client based in Sudbury, Suffolk
As the Electrical Panel Builder your duties will include:
* Assemble and build electrical control panels, cabinets, and enclosures to specification
* Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and bills of materials
* Mount electrical components such as circuit breakers, contactors, relays, terminal blocks, PLCs, and power supplies
* Carry out panel wiring including cable routing, crimping, stripping, and terminating conductors
* Label components and wiring in accordance with standards and project requirements
* Perform point-to-point wiring checks and continuity testing
An ideal candidate for the Electrical Panel Builder will have:
* Previous experience in electrical panel building or electrical assembly
* Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and layout drawings
* Knowledge of electrical components and control systems
* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical test equipment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
