We are looking for a reliable and skilled Multiskilled Maintenance Operative to join our team, supporting a leading developer across sites in Berkshire, Surrey, and Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a mix of new build residential and retirement properties, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
Hours: Monday – Friday
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out general maintenance across residential and retirement properties
* Basic carpentry and making good works
* Painting & decorating (P&D) as required
* Assist with minor repairs and improvements across multiple sites
* Ensure work is completed to a high standard and on schedule
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a multiskilled maintenance role
* Basic carpentry skills and the ability to make good
* Some painting & decorating experience desirable
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving license (due to travel between sites)
