Salary: £60,000–£65,000

We are currently recruiting for experienced leaders to join an early-stage children’s services provision. For the right people, this is a genuine opportunity to help shape something from the ground up.

This is an early-stage opportunity. You won’t be stepping into a fully established service — you’ll be instrumental in building it.
You will: Shape the culture from day one, Build and develop your team, Influence how the model of care is embedded in practice, create a service you can genuinely put your name toThe service is being designed as an integrated model across children’s homes and fostering, with a focus on:

Keeping children close to their communities
Supporting sibling relationships wherever possible
Providing stability, not just placements
The approach will be around PACE, Social pedagogy and Restorative practiceProgression

As the service develops, there will be opportunities to:

Shape multiple homes and services
