Job Title: Vehicle Mechanic – Yeovil
📍 Location: Yeovil
💰 Salary: £39,000 OTE (depending on experience)
🕒 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
🗓 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday + Saturdays on a rota

🔧 About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Mechanic to join a well-established main dealership in Yeovil. ✅ Key Responsibilities:
Carry out high-quality vehicle repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on a range of vehicles
Work efficiently to meet manufacturer standards and complete tasks within set timescales
Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment
Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and thoroughly
Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians, if applicable
Provide exceptional service to customers and contribute to the dealership’s reputation for quality🔍 Skills & Requirements: Essential:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Mechanics/Light Vehicle Maintenance
Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in a dealership or similar environment
A valid UK driving licence is required
MOT licence is preferred but not essential
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnosticsDesirable:
Previous experience in a Workshop Controller or Management role🎁 Benefits:
