Location: Oxford
Salary: up to £45,000 basic per annum, plus bonus,  OTE £50k+
Hours: 45 hours per week, including Saturday's on a rota basis

My client, a well-established and reputable main dealership, is recruiting an experienced Service Technician to join their friendly and professional aftersales team in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern, manufacturer approved workshop, benefiting from high standards, structured processes, and a strong focus on training and development. The role offers long term stability, varied day to day work, and clear progression opportunities within a successful dealership group. We will also consider Technicians at higher levels such as Diagnostic and Master Technicains which would reflect in the package.

Vehicle Technician Role
•    Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance
•    Diagnose faults and perform fault finding
•    Repair and replace brakes, suspension, and clutch components
•    Cambelt replacement

Vehicle Technician Requirements
•    At least one year’s experience in a workshop environment
•    Minimum Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
•    Strong mechanical skills
•    Reliable work history with consistent attendance
•    Own a well stocked toolbox appropriate for workshop duties
