Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial properties
* Work on a variety of systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting
* Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner
* Ensure all work complies with current health and safety regulations
* Maintain accurate records using a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)
* Build strong working relationships with clients to ensure high service delivery
* Travel across the Glasgow area as part of a mobile maintenance role
Requirements
* 17th or 18th Edition electrical qualification
* Recognised SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent apprenticeship)
* Proven experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
