Engineering Manager

Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting our client with the appointment of an Engineering Manager on a permanent basis.

In this role you will be responsible for managing and providing and effective and efficient engineering function. You will also be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the site's building and services, whilst delivering CAPEX projects in line with strategic development.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, long standing business helping shape and lead a team. This role would directly report into the Operations Director and involves leading a team already in place.

Job Description

* Looking at and implementing maintenance strategies, analysing and developing maintenance strategies.

* Creating and maintaining Asset replacement plans.

* Reviewing and implementing new concepts and process improvements.

* Management and reporting of all relevant business KPIs.

* CAPEX and projects to be delivered on time and on budget.

* Build productive working relationships with all departments within the business through working collaboratively and being available to support and motivate

Skills Required

* You must have previous managemenet experience from the food industry

* Degree Qualified/Time Served

* Project delivery management experience

* Operational understanding

* It would be beneficial to have good Electrical/Automation experience however not essential
