Overview:
Are you a driven, hands-on leader ready to take charge of a branch for a well-known and respected industrial electrical distributor?

We’re looking for an ambitious Branch Manager to lead our client's Runcorn operation—someone who can inspire a team, deliver outstanding customer service, and maximise every commercial opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the contribution by the branch in line with the business plans and overall company policy and strategy
• Responsible for managing and achieving branch budgets and targets
• Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accounts
• Participating in proactive and reactive sales – both internally and externally based
• Ensure that your team meet operational standards
• Manage business operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service
• Oversee stock management and ensure the business runs smoothly

Skills / Experience:
• Proven experience in electrical wholesale, industrial electrical sales or a related industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A customer-focused mindset with a drive for sales and business growth
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Driving Licence
