Carry out vehicle body repairs including panel replacements, welding, and painting
Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate cost estimates
Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify necessary repairs
Ensure all work is compliant with safety, quality, and manufacturer standards
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality repairs within specified deadlines
Maintain accurate records of repair procedures and parts usedRequirements:
Recent qualification in automotive body repairs such as NVQ, City & Guilds, IMI, or equivalent
Genuine passion for vehicle bodywork and repair processes
Attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards of workmanship
Good problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
